Vacation to nowhere - Day #4

Started out today with another recovery run. I decided to run the uphill course again. 9:16 mile, not bad - another fastest run day. Looks like I may break the 9 minute mark before the 5K! We started out the day with a stop at the doctor's office. No worries, we moved up T's 9-month checkup to this week so that we won't have to run around crazy next week. Everything looks good. M and I have been dreading the last part of this checkup - a blood draw. Ug. We'll probably head over to the lab sometime on Friday. Hope I don't pass out. After the appointment, we took T back for naptime and I was off to the bike shop! I bought a Specialized Allez Sport bike yesterday. Special thanks goes out to my sponsor for giving me the green light! Woohoo! The bike shop fitted me and outfitted me with all the accessories. Finally we headed out to dinner with friends - good 'ole Z Tejas. Tomorrow : Dukes of Hazard Later...
